Lil' Tigers ages 4 to 8 years old
Children will be introduced to self-defense using basic karate techniques. However, we teach children to go beyond what they think they're capable of and challenge them both physically and mentally. Among other things, this class emphasizes communication and discipline training as well as focus and coordination skills. Instructors achieve this through a special blend of martial arts drills, games, obstacle courses, and matt chats. Students will also improve flexibility through various stretching exercises

Weapon class all ages
This class aims to familiarize students with a range of martial arts weapons, including nunchaku, bo, long staff, and short staff. By learning and practicing with these weapons, students will not only gain proficiency in their usage but also improve their eye-hand coordination, which is crucial in martial arts. This class is a valuable addition to your membership, as it is included and covered in all classes. Whether you are a beginner or already have experience in martial arts, this class will enhance your overall understanding and skills in this discipline.

Adult Karate ages 15 and up
This class is perfect for adults of all ages who have a common goal of learning a traditional martial art and improving their physical fitness, health, and overall well-being. Each class begins with a warm-up and stretching session to prepare the body. Then, participants learn basic karate techniques, including various strikes, blocks, and kicks. The class also focuses on practicing kata, which are pre-arranged series of moves that help improve coordination, balance, and focus. Additionally, students have the opportunity to engage in controlled sparring called kumite, which allows them to apply their techniques in a safe and controlled environment. With knowledgeable instructors and a supportive environment, this class offers a comprehensive approach to martial arts training while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Junior Karate ages 9 to 14 years old
Students learn various kicking, punching and blocking techniques while learning how to apply those techniques in controlled sparring sessions. However, the emphasis will be on developing student’s self-esteem, self-discipline and confidence through practicing traditional Karate techniques. It is the instructor’s hopes that these psychological benefits transcend all of their activities including those at home, school and other sporting events.
